    1. DEFINITIONS<\/strong>For the purposes of interpretation and application of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth opposite them:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

      • MINISTER<\/strong>: The Minister of Customs and Trade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • MINISTRY<\/strong>: The Ministry of Customs and Trade.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • LAW<\/strong>: Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • REGULATION<\/strong>: Regulation on Distance Contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • SERVICE<\/strong>: Any consumer transaction other than the supply of goods, performed or promised to be performed for a fee or benefit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • SELLER<\/strong>: The company that offers goods to the consumer within the scope of its commercial or professional activities, or acts on behalf or account of such a company.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • BUYER<\/strong>: The natural or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from goods or services for purposes outside of commercial or professional activity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • WEBSITE<\/strong>: The internet site owned by the SELLER.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • ORDERER<\/strong>: The natural or legal person who requests goods or services through the SELLER\u2019s website.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • PARTIES<\/strong>: The SELLER and the BUYER collectively.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • AGREEMENT<\/strong>: This Agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • GOODS<\/strong>: The movable items subject to the purchase, and intangible goods such as software, audio, video, and similar items prepared for use in electronic media.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        1. SUBJECT<\/strong>This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the Parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, with respect to the sale and delivery of the product specified below\u2014whose characteristics and sale price are set out in the order placed electronically by the BUYER on the SELLER\u2019s website.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

          Prices listed and announced on the website shall be the sale prices. Announced prices and promises shall remain valid until updated or amended. Time-limited prices shall remain valid until the end of the specified period. <\/p>\n\n

                1. PRODUCT(S) SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT<\/strong>7.1. Product Specifications<\/strong>The main characteristics of the Goods\/Products\/Service (type, quantity, brand\/model, color, quantity) are published on the SELLER\u2019s website. If the Seller has organized a promotion, you may examine the relevant product\u2019s specifications during the promotion period. Promotion validity is until the specified date. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                  7.2. Prices<\/strong>Prices listed and announced on the website shall be the sale prices. Announced prices and promises shall remain valid until updated or amended. Time-limited prices shall remain valid until the end of the specified period. <\/p>\n\n

                  7.3. Taxes and Payments<\/strong>The total sale price of the goods or services subject to this Agreement, inclusive of all taxes, is shown below:<\/p>\n\n

                    1. GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/strong>9.1. Information and Acceptance<\/strong>The BUYER declares, represents, and undertakes that they have read and become informed of the basic characteristics of the product subject to this Agreement, its sale price, payment method, and preliminary delivery information on the SELLER\u2019s website, and have provided the necessary electronic confirmations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                      9.2. Delivery Time<\/strong>Each product subject to this Agreement shall be delivered within the period stated in the preliminary information on the website, depending on the BUYER\u2019s place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the 30\u2011day legal limit.<\/p>\n\n

                      1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>If this distance contract concerns the sale of goods, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, by rejecting the goods and notifying the SELLER within 14 days from the date of delivery to the BUYER or the person at the address indicated by the BUYER.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                          \n
                        1. GOODS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>Goods prepared at the explicit request of the BUYER or tailored to their personal needs, undergarment bottoms, makeup products, single\u2011use items, and similar products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                            \n
                          1. DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES<\/strong>If the BUYER defaults on payment when using a credit card, they agree, represent, and undertake to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement with the issuing bank and to be liable to the bank.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n

                            1. JURISDICTION<\/strong>In case of disputes arising from this Agreement, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or consumer court at the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction was conducted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
