You can make a payment to any of our TRY accounts at Akbank, Finansbank, Garanti Bank, İş Bankası, or Yapı Kredi Bank. - By Credit Card on Our Website
You can pay in a single installment with any credit card, or benefit from our online installment plans through Akbank. Your card will be charged at the end of the checkout process. In the event of order cancellation or stock issues, any refunds will be processed back to your credit card within 3 business days. - Order Amount Refunds
If your order is canceled for any reason, XXXXXX Limited Company will refund the product cost to your bank account and/or credit card within three business days. Please ensure that you provide our finance department with accurate and complete bank account and/or credit card details. - Delivery
We strive to ship your ordered items on the same day. For products requiring special procurement, the delivery time is up to 3 business days as specified in the product details. If there is likely to be a delay, we will notify you. 
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide the address where you will be during the day as the delivery address. Your request will be processed and prepared according to the delivery method you selected at checkout. From our Istanbul-based headquarters, orders are sent via XXXXXXXX Cargo Company. Once your order is confirmed, it will be handed over to the cargo company within 2 (two) business days at the latest.
You may consult our customer service for alternative delivery arrangements. Please note that our cargo deliveries are valid only within Turkey.
- Payment Tracking
If there is an issue preventing the transaction from completing, our system will notify you on the payment page. 
If a delivery cannot be completed due to an address error, we will contact the person who placed the order. We also confirm the validity of the email address you provide by sending an automatic confirmation email once the order is processed.
We are responsible not only to you but also to the bank whose credit card system we use for the successful completion of delivery.
Please Note!
Inspect packages you suspect may be damaged at the time of delivery in the presence of the courier’s representative. If you believe the product is damaged, do not accept delivery; instead, have a damage report drawn up by the cargo company. Once you accept delivery, we consider the cargo company’s duty fulfilled.
If the product is damaged:
- Fax the damage report to 0212 XXXXXXX as soon as possible,
 - Email us at XXXXXXXX@XXXX.com with details.
 
Once we receive these, we will commence proceedings to resend your package as quickly as possible.
If you briefly explain in this email why you wish to return the product, it will help us to process your request more efficiently.
