1.d<\/strong>The User agrees to refrain from any conduct on the Site that violates public morality, decency, or the law. In case of breach, the User will be responsible for any resulting damage, and Site management reserves the right to suspend or terminate such accounts and, if necessary, initiate legal proceedings. <\/p>\n\n

1.e<\/strong>Relations between members or with third parties arising from use of the Site are the sole responsibility of the User.<\/p>\n\n

2. Intellectual Property Rights<\/h3>\n\n

The Company may amend these terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication. <\/p>\n\n

9. Notices<\/h3>\n\n

All notices to the parties shall be sent to the email addresses provided by the parties.<\/p>\n\n

\n\n

10. Evidentiary Agreement<\/h3>\n\n

In any dispute arising under this Agreement, the Company\u2019s books and computer records shall be prima facie evidence.<\/p>\n\n

\n\n

11. Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n\n
